Returns and Refunds Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, provided that the products remain unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a damaged or incorrect product is received, customers should contact support within a reasonable period and provide the necessary details or photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Shipping Costs

Shipping or return fees may apply in certain cases unless the issue is caused by a store error or a problem with the delivered product.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund process will be initiated using the same payment method whenever possible.
